Going to the dentist with no dental insurance
Wednesday, Sep. 1st 2010 7:52 AM
I currently only have health insurance but it does not offer me any dental coverages and I need two teeth pulled.  I though that my medical would pay for having teeth pulled if they are bad but was told I have to go to the dentist.
How do I go about seeing a dentist without having dental insurance?

You do not have to go to the dentist without dental insurance. Just buy a stand alone dental insurance plan or dental plan. Both which are available on this website just enter your zip code in the box to review the available plans.

You can go to any dentist and not have dental insurance. It just whether you can afford to have the dental work done with out having dental insurance.

If I was you I would get some dental insurance and or plan in place before having the teeth pulled. Find out what you dental office may take and look for those plans. Paying for extractions can get costly.
